Open and Short Circuit Formulas: Out-of-Box formula

What is the Difference between Open and Short Circuit ?

Both open and short circuits are limits or boundaries for any circuit.

This is comparison between open and short circuits. Open Circuit is a Highest Resistive (R) , Highest Voltage(V)  and Lowest Ampere  Circuit. Short Circuit is a Lowest Resistance (R), Lowest Voltage and Highest Ampere Circuit.

Short Circuit: It is Magnetic Circuit.

Open Circuit: It is Electric Circuit.

Here we need to note it down the significant differences,  that is V and R are Directly proportional to each other; V and I are Inversely proportional to each other; R and I are inversely proportional to each other.
Note: Any Electric Circuit* can come under These limits (Open and Short Circuit Limits) .
